Practice is best done on an empty stomach.
Wear loose, comfortable, layered clothing.
Please sign in before each class.
If it’s your first time, please fill out an information/release form on the clipboard.
Mats, blankets eye pillows, bolsters, and blocks are provided for your comfort.
Please remember to silence your cell phone before class.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes and colognes in the studio.
If you are pregnant, or are protecting an injury, please inform the teacher before class.
If you are running late, please enter quietly, and feel free to breath and settle a bit before joining the class.
For your comfort and safety we will offer many levels of poses with modifications.
Please remember to honor your body and work at your level.
