Candlelight Restorative Yoga (2)

Stress and tension will melt away as you are guided through very gentle, supported poses with maximum comfort for healing and rejuvention. Restorative yoga is designed to turn on the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation response) which relieves anxiety, reduces pain and stiffness and reminds you how to truly relax.  All poses are done on the floor and are modified to meet individual needs.  We will supply a bolster, a blanket and 2 blocks.  Please bring whatever additional props may support you in finding comfort.   This offering is In-studio only. Limited to 7 people. Spacing & a UV light & hepa filter is running in studio.
