Yoga for Enhanced Movement - VIRTUAL

Yoga can enhance the quality of your life in many ways. This accessible class will focus on simple poses and movements to gain flexibility, core strength, a better sense of balance and increased dexterity. Targeted movements increase body awareness keeping your joints fluid and healthy; creating more ease in all that you do. This translates into sports and physical hobbies such as golf, gardening, dancing, tennis and more. Suitable for beginners and people of all ages and abilities.

Cancellation Policy

Classes (In Studio) - Please cancel 45 minutes prior to the start of class to allow anyone on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged.
