Spend the afternoon journeying into the amazing world of Malas.

Create a beautiful healing and meditation necklace that is design to support "Your" unique energy and balance.

Lori will offer each a Chakra reading and guidance in picking stones to enhance your energy.

Cindi will take everyone through a guided meditation to find the stones that are speaking to you and will be used to create your 108 bead Mala necklace. Mala’s are used for reflection, yoga practice, intention, mantra, prayer or as part of your wardrobe.

Malas remind us that we are energetic beings, and the importance of being mindful, connected and present. They can be worn by anyone wanting a more peaceful life.

This class will review the use of Malas, guide you through choosing the crystals and stones to best support you, and designing your Mala. The majority of the time will be sharing the creative energy with others while making your Mala.
