In Studio Classes:


Please register in advance and purchase a plan/pass online.

If you are not able to purchase online, Click the "Contact Us" form to email us (  to arrange payment.


Cancel at least 1 hour before class to avoid being charged and allow others that may be on the waitlist to attend. 


All No shows and late cancelations will have 1 class deducted from your pass.  


In the case of an emergency and you are not able to cancel, please email us and they will be handled on a case by case basis. 


Please bring your own mat to practice.   We will provide other props (blocks, straps, blankets) to assist your practice. 


On-Line Classes:


Please register for class at least 30 minutes prior to the start time to assure you get the Zoom link and are able to join us. 


Email with Zoom link will be sent between 15 - 30 minutes prior to the start of class. 

*Check your junk or spam mail if you don’t receive it.  


Make sure your Zoom is up to date.

Class cancellations by the studio are unavoidable at times, due to weather or other unforeseen events.  

We will do our best to cancel at least 1 hour prior to class and email those who are registered.

Classes & Plans / Pass Offerings:

- We have streamlined our Classes and now offer them in a 4 week series structure. This will allow us to adjust and renew as dictated by interest/attendance, holiday schedules and changes according to the seasons and how they can affect our body. 

All Class Plans / Passes have a 3 month expiration date, unless stated otherwise, such as the 4 week series plan.
