Crystals & Yoga Chakra Healing

Crystals have been used for 1,000s of years by many different civilizations. Learn the basics about crystals, what they are, how they work, and how to use them to heal and balance your chakras. Lori will do a chakra reading on each person prior to asana practice. We will then incorporate the crystals into a chakra focused restorative yoga practice, for a deeply relaxing and healing experience.  Lastly, we will do a chakra reading after practice to see the healing and balancing that took place. 

There will be time for questions and sharing.
