Seven healing and empowering sessions. Each session focuses on one of the 7 major energy centers of the body (the Chakras). The flow of energy through these centers directly influence our nervous system and affects our outlook, mood and emotional stability. Together, we identify how your past experiences and present life circumstances may be causing imbalance or blockage to your natural state of happiness, creativity, well being and full self-expression. You will leave relaxed, inspired and empowered with knowledge and techniques to support you in creating the life of your dreams. Each session is approximately 90 minutes and consists of discussion, assessment, and a focused Energy & Chakra Balancing. You will receive a folder and customized self-care handouts to support your continued transformation. Recommend scheduling appointment every other week to allow time for practice and integration. Classes (In Studio) - Please cancel 45 minutes prior to the start of class to allow anyone on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged.
