Stretch and awaken your body and mind in this well rounded class that begins gently and moves through a varied set of poses from seated and lying down, to table, standing warrior sequences and balancing postures. The use of props are encouraged to allow individuals to find their level of practice. Build strength, flexibility and vitality for optimal physical and emotional health. Class ends with a time of relaxation and to assimilate all the benefits.
