Awakening Yoga
About
The class will begin with breath awareness, centering and a short reading to reflect on. Followed by a well rounded practice that begins gently, moving from seated and lying down poses, to table, standing warrior sequences and balancing postures. As always, class will end in Savasana (corpse pose), a time of quiet relaxation to allow you to assimilate your practice on all levels. We will end with a few moments in savasana to assimilate the benefits of practice. *No yoga experience or flexibility required; as modifications and props are offered to meet individual needs.
