The class will begin with breath awareness, centering and a short reading to reflect on. Followed by a well rounded practice that begins gently, moving from seated and lying down poses, to table, standing warrior sequences and balancing postures. Class ends with a time of relaxation in Savasana (corpse pose) to allow the body and mind to assimilate all the benefits. *No yoga experience or flexibility required; as modifications and props are offered to meet individual needs.

Classes (In Studio) - Please cancel 45 minutes prior to the start of class to allow anyone on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged. Payment for Classes can be made by cash or Venmo at the studio. *See Policies under the About Us for more information.
