About
The Spring season invites us to reawaken and re-energize; opening up to a new perspectives and approaches to life. This season, class is designed to release stagnant energy from the winter and detoxify our body, mind and spirit. You can expect a weekly cycling through of various breath practices for grounding and centering. Sequences will offer an uplifting energy and strength building focus, coupled with twisting poses to aid in detoxifying. As always, class will end with Savasana (corpse pose), a time of quiet relaxation to allow you to assimilate your practice on all levels. *No yoga experience or flexibility required; as modifications and props are offered to meet individual needs.

Cancellation Policy
Classes (In Studio) - Please cancel 45 minutes prior to the start of class to allow anyone on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged. Services - 24 hours prior to appointment is appreciated. (Each practitioner has their own cancelation policy). *See Policies under the About Us for more information.
