Essential Yoga

Our energy changes with the seasons, as does our practice.


About

Summer is an active time, full of fun and frolicking as well as hot and humid weather which can be draining to our systems. This practice will provide a gentle but full body opening to balance, strengthen and nourish your body and energy with cooling poses and breath. We will end with a few yin yoga (long held) poses to restore and revitalize. As always, class will end in Savasana (corpse pose), a time of quiet relaxation to allow you to assimilate your practice on all levels. *No yoga experience or flexibility required; as modifications and props are offered to meet individual needs.

Cancellation Policy

Classes (In Studio) - Please cancel 45 minutes prior to the start of class to allow anyone on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged. Payment for Classes can be made by cash or Venmo at the studio. *See Policies under the About Us for more information.
