Unwind and find balance. This class begins with simple sequences to warm up the body, followed by gentle poses from table, to standing warriors and balance poses, modified to individual’s needs. Mindfulness techniques are woven in to create mind/body awareness and reduce stress. Each class ends with a period of relaxation and /or guided meditation. This class is perfect for beginners or those who prefer a slower paced practice. *No yoga experience or flexibility required.
