Healthy Spine Yoga

4 week series


About

A gentle class designed to create strength and flexibility in the back, hips and core, as well as the cervical spine and shoulders. Learn safe and mindful ways to stretch, release tension and reduce the level of stress placed on the back in everyday life. All poses are done on the floor (no warrior or sun salutations) in this back restoring class. Use of props and modifications are encouraged to allow each to find their own pose. Appropriate for all levels. A great way to improve your posture, release neck & shoulder tension and keep your back healthy!

Cancellation Policy

Classes (In Studio) - Please cancel 45 minutes prior to the start of class to allow anyone on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged.
