About
This class takes place in a restored barn turned art gallery; a serene setting overlooking the beautiful hills and pastures of Chester County. We begin with a seated breath meditation, centering and a reading to set the tone and prepare for practice. Followed by some light stretching before moving into our practice of easy, gentle and graceful movements that are combined with breath and focused intention; fostering healing and a deep sense of peaceful energy. The practice is fully guided and can be done with no prior experience. Class ends with a few moments for shared experience or to ask questions. * Ideal for anyone as it can be done seated or standing.
