This class beings with a seated meditation, centering and a reading to set the tone and prepare for practice. Followed by easy, gentle and graceful movements that are combined with breath and focused intention; which fosters healing and a deep sense of peaceful energy. The practice is fully guided and can be done with no prior experience. Class ends with a few moments for shared experience or to ask questions. * Ideal for anyone as it can be done seated or standing.
