Yin Yoga


Yin yoga poses create a gentle application of compression to the body which induces muscle relaxation and a myofascial release. The practice is characterized by long, static holds using floor based asana and incorporating props to assist in finding comfort while holding. It is designed to release older patterns of tension, expand awareness of self and body, and cultivating space for a deeper experience of practice and of receptivity in life. Each week we will be focusing on different meridians and energy centers for enhanced physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. You are welcome to attend all 4 weeks using the 4 week series pass or individual sessions. Must register and pay in advance as space and props are limited.

Cancellation Policy

Classes (In Studio) - Please cancel 45 minutes prior to the start of class to allow anyone on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged.
