Yoga for Golfers


About

Yoga can enhance the quality of your game and your life in many ways. This accessible class will focus on simple poses and movements to gain flexibility, core strength, balance and focus. We will target specific areas to bring openness and a deeper range of motion to your swing. You will learn how to incorporate grounding, breath and relaxation techniques for a smoother and more focused follow through. Suitable for beginners and people of all ages and abilities.

Cancellation Policy

Classes (In Studio) - Please cancel 45 minutes prior to the start of class to allow anyone on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged.
